Notice is hereby given of a Special General Meeting of the Rouse Hill Rams Sports Club to be held in the Lounge at the Fiddler, corner Commercial Drive and Windsor Road commencing at 7.00pm, Monday 19 March 2018.
The purpose of the Special General Meeting is set out below:
1. Presentation and adoption of the audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 September 2017.
2. The presentation of Life Membership to the following;
